Let’s Break Free From Anxiety & Overthinking

Evidence-based therapy for anxiety

Anxiety can feel all consuming when you’re caught up in it. It often shows up as a tight chest, racing thoughts, or the constant fear that you’re going to make a mistake. Maybe you're staying up late overanalyzing past interactions, stressing about deadlines, or spiraling about the future.

However anxiety is showing up in your life, I’m here to help. At Reveal Psychotherapy, I offer accessible, virtual therapy for women who are ready to take back control of their mental health. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create the meaningful changes you’ve been craving.

How Can Anxiety Therapy Help You?

In session, we’ll go beyond the surface symptoms of anxiety to uncover the narratives and beliefs that are feeding it. We’ll explore how your current worries may be connected to past experiences, and begin gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll learn practical strategies to manage everyday symptoms, while cultivating self-trust you can rely on in the long run.

THERAPY CAN HELP YOU:
  • Anxiety isn’t just about surface-level symptoms - it often stems from deeper beliefs, narratives and past experiences. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand where these belief began. Once we have identified them, we can begin to challenge and change them, rewriting your internal narrative.

  • Learn practical tools to manage your mental health and regulate your emotions in the moment, so anxiety doesn’t feel so overwhelming.

Discover how to quiet the racing thoughts and endless “what-ifs” with healthy coping skills, so you can feel more present and at peace in your daily life.

  • Learn to feel more secure in your own emotions and decisions, so you can communicate your needs clearly and set healthy boundaries without guilt.

  • Connect more deeply with your values and goals so you can feel more authentic in your relationships and more confident in your life direction. Learn to challenge self-doubt, recognize your strengths, and develop trust in your choices - so you can take steps towards your best life feeling more capable and empowered.
